Welcome to the beautiful city of Almaty, Kazakhstan! Your exciting journey with Sunrays Holiday begins here. Upon arrival at Almaty International Airport (ALA), you will be warmly welcomed by the Sunrays Holiday Tour Manager, who will accompany you throughout this memorable tour.

A scheduled group airport transfer from Almaty International Airport (ALA) to the hotel is arranged at 1:00 PM.
Guests joining this tour from any city in India or anywhere in the world are kindly requested to book flights arriving at Almaty International Airport (ALA) before 12:00 PM to enjoy a smooth and hassle-free group transfer. Guests arriving after the scheduled transfer time may need to arrange a private transfer at an additional cost.

After check-in, relax and unwind before the evening’s welcome gathering.

Later, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Almaty.

After a hearty breakfast, set out on a guided tour to explore the vibrant city of Almaty with an English-speaking guide.
Discover the city’s rich history, cultural heritage, and modern landmarks as you visit some of its most iconic attractions, including the Palace of the President, Republic Square & Monument of Independence, Astana Square, Panfilov Park, Abai Square, the Palace of the Republic, Presidential Park, and the stunning Ascension Cathedral.
Lunch: Enjoy a delicious Indian lunch at a popular Indian restaurant.
After lunch, continue your Almaty adventure with a visit to the famous Rakhat Chocolate Factory Shop, where you can pick up Kazakhstan’s renowned chocolates. Later, explore the lively Green Bazaar (Zilyoni Bazaar), a local favorite for shopping. Browse through an array of dry fruits, local delicacies, handicrafts, and souvenirs at great prices.
Return to the hotel and relax after an exciting day of sightseeing and shopping.
Dinner: 7:00 PM at an Indian restaurant.
After dinner, transfer back to the hotel at 10:30 PM.

Continue your scenic drive to the magnificent Charyn Canyon, often referred to as the “Grand Canyon of Central Asia.” Marvel at its dramatic red rock formations, towering cliffs, and breathtaking panoramic viewpoints as you explore one of the world’s most remarkable natural wonders.
Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant before continuing your canyon exploration and capturing incredible photographs of this geological masterpiece.

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel before heading to the beautiful Gorky Central Park, one of Almaty’s oldest and most loved recreational destinations. Established in 1856, this sprawling green oasis offers picturesque walking trails, lush gardens, a charming lake, amusement attractions, cafés, and vibrant open spaces, making it a perfect place to relax and experience the local lifestyle. Throughout the year, the park hosts cultural events, live performances, and seasonal activities, adding to its lively atmosphere.
Later, continue to Kok-Tobe Hill, one of Almaty’s most iconic landmarks and the city’s highest viewpoint at 1,100 metres above sea level. Ascend to the hill and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Almaty and the surrounding Tian Shan Mountains. Explore the beautifully landscaped recreational area featuring souvenir shops, cafés, family-friendly attractions, and scenic viewpoints. The famous 372-metre Almaty TV Tower, located at the base of the hill, is another prominent city landmark visible from across Almaty.
In the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant. After dinner, you may choose to explore Almaty’s vibrant nightlife, trendy cafés, and lively streets at your own pace before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.

After an exciting day in the mountains, return to the hotel to relax before the evening celebrations.
In the evening, transfer to an Indian restaurant for a memorable Gala Dinner, featuring a lavish spread of Indian cuisine along with 2 Veg & 2 Non-Veg starters, unlimited local vodka, beer, soft drinks, and mixers. Celebrate your wonderful journey through Almaty with music, great food, and a lively atmosphere.
Later, transfer back to the hotel. The remainder of the evening is at leisure, allowing you to explore Almaty’s vibrant nightlife or simply unwind before your overnight stay.

After checking out by 12:00 PM, head to MEGA Mall Almaty, one of the city’s premier shopping and entertainment destinations. Enjoy free time for shopping, where you can browse international brands, local boutiques, souvenirs, chocolates, cosmetics, and other memorable gifts to take home. The mall also offers a variety of cafés and entertainment options, making it a perfect place to spend your final afternoon in Almaty.
At around 5:00 PM, transfer to Almaty International Airport for your onward flight to India. We recommend booking any flight departing after 8:00 PM to ensure a smooth and comfortable airport transfer.
